By using Studio you agree to these terms. Studio is operated by Studio. We keep this short and bias toward common sense over legalese — but it is still a binding agreement.
Studio is a SaaS product for managing LinkedIn content across multiple brands. We help you draft, schedule, engage, and analyze. We do not auto-post, auto-comment, or send DMs on your behalf — you stay the publisher of everything that goes out.
You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for actions taken from your account. One workspace = one billing relationship. You can add multiple brands per the tier you're on.
You may not:
Studio generates drafts using large language models, running on the AI key you bring. You're the editor and publisher. We don't guarantee the accuracy or non-infringement of generated text. Always review before posting.
Studio routes AI generation through the provider key you store in your workspace. Your use of that provider is also governed by the provider's own terms. You're responsible for any usage costs billed by your AI provider. We never share your key across workspaces.
Tiers and credit allocations are listed at studioapp.io/pricing. Credits reset monthly on your billing date. No rollover in the current release. Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Annual plans: pro-rata refund within 30 days. Monthly plans: no refunds, but we'll comp credits or extend your trial if something's broken on our end.
See Privacy Policy. Short version: we don't sell your data, your workspace data is isolated by workspace_id, and you can export everything via the API.
Studio reads your LinkedIn profile via OAuth (with your consent). We never post or comment on your behalf. If LinkedIn changes its API or ToS in a way that affects Studio, we'll communicate clearly and adapt.
You can cancel anytime via Settings → Billing. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms with notice. We'll preserve your data for 30 days after termination so you can export it.
We may update these terms. Material changes get notified by email. Using Studio after a change means you accept the new terms.
Studio is provided "as is". Our maximum liability is the amount you paid in the prior 12 months. Standard SaaS limitation.
